Apple, Cinnamon & Medjool Dates Smoothie

Ingredients

SERVINGS: Serves 2
  • 1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
  • 1 chilled Gala or Fuji apple, cored
  • 5 chilled Medjool dates, pitted and chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

Place ingredients in a blender in the order listed. Blend until smooth.
